The general notion of what your “career” gives is clear. If not, here’s a refresher. It will give you more than just a paycheck, although, that’s crucial but it also uses your innate talents and assists you grow them, develop a lot more and satisfy your spirit. Tall order? You’re worth that much! Nowadays, much more experts are questioning what a job or career really indicates to them. What is it supposed to deliver to their lives? - What did it assist you steer clear of? (This could be a “job” with no sense of growth and contribution, a lower level of income, feeling like your time and investment in education or training were wasted.)

Start here with identifying these points. Contemplate, putting every answer to the question on a post it note and position it around your workspace to remind you why you do what you do. This is specially helpful when you have “1 of those days” and you begin asking yourself the question.
